• Plan and oversee mass grading, excavation, trenching, backfill, compaction, and underground utility installation

• prepare crews for daily work
• manage three-week look-ahead schedules
• review time and quantities
• maintain daily activity reports and job photos
• coordinate manpower and equipment
• report incidents and rework
• and maintain customer relationships.
