• inventory and categorize Health Services Clinical Quality and Training resources
• evaluate SharePoint navigation and document organization
• identify opportunities to improve discoverability through metadata, tagging, and standardized structures
• explore and document practical Copilot use cases
• develop quick-reference guides and recommendations
• deliver recommendations and a sustainable framework for ongoing content governance.
