The nurse will perform pre-procedure preparations, respond to life-threatening situations, and provide education to patients and families in a complex technical environment.

• Performs pre-procedure environment preparation, patient assessment, and medical record review.
• Responds to life-threatening situations using nursing standards.
• Provides nursing care in a technically complex environment.
• Evaluates patient/family learning needs and provides education.
• Utilizes critical thinking and decisive judgment.
