What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on light-duty trucks and emergency vehicles
• service mechanical systems, suspension components, and drivetrains
• troubleshoot engines, brakes, cooling, ignition, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• maintain new vehicle setups and shop equipment
• keep a clean, safe work area
• comply with DOT and NFPA guidelines
• maintain service records
• wash and prepare vehicles.
