The role advances transactions through research, due diligence, document drafting and negotiation, regulatory guidance, stakeholder coordination, and closing execution.

What you'll do

• Advise clients on structured finance, securitization, and CLO transactions
• conduct legal research and due diligence
• identify risks and develop legal and business solutions
• draft, review, negotiate, and revise transaction documents
• advise on structuring, regulation, governance, and compliance
• coordinate timelines and deal execution
• manage closings and post-closing obligations
• collaborate with legal teams.
