This role exists as a development-focused position designed to prepare an individual to manage their own store. Under the leadership of a Store Manager or District Manager, the SMIT learns the skills and knowledge needed to successfully operate a store, drive for results, and develop and lead a team, with the potential for promotion to Store Manager after 90 days.

What you'll do

• Engage in training initiatives, projects, and goals
• Support the total shopping experience, including visual and operational elements
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals
• Build strong teams and demonstrate leadership
• Open, close, and operate the retail facility
• Handle cash, inventory, and deposits
• Attend community fairs and public gatherings to promote GNC's mission.
