Retail Marketing Representative

Compensation is $18–$20 per year. The Retail Marketing Representative is an onsite role based in Waxahachie, TX. This role supports the ARS-Rescue Rooter department, which provides essential residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services to homeowners. This position exists to drive customer engagement and lead generation within major home improvement retail locations. The representative acts as a brand ambassador, educating shoppers on home comfort solutions and scheduling free in-home consultations to help homeowners improve their property's efficiency and reliability.

What you'll do

• Engage with shoppers face-to-face, educate customers on ARS services, generate leads, schedule in-home consultations, enter customer data, and support in-store promotions.
