What you'll do

• Solicit and secure commercial loan business
• develop customer relationships and track leads in the CRM
• prepare loan request packages and underwriting analyses
• verify loan documentation
• price and approve loans within lending authority
• coordinate loan processing and funding
• monitor portfolio risk, maturities, past-due accounts, and loan exceptions
• process modifications and collateral substitutions
• conduct site visits and construction monitoring
• represent the bank in community events
• assist branch staff and complete required compliance training.
