The Assistant Manager, Sports Performance & Fitness role is onsite in Fort Mill, SC, for approximately 30 hours per week. Pay is $18–$22 per hour. D1 Training Indian Land develops athletes’ confidence, discipline, character, and lifelong habits alongside athletic performance. The role supports membership growth, member experience, marketing, community outreach, and daily facility operations. By welcoming members, following up with prospects, supporting events, and maintaining an organized training environment, the assistant manager helps the facility serve athletes and families and meet membership and revenue goals.

What you'll do

• Welcome athletes and families
• guide prospective members through tours, assessments, and membership options
• respond to and follow up with leads
• help achieve membership and revenue goals
• support scheduling, billing, member accounts, and front desk operations
• create marketing materials and assist with social media
• build community relationships
• assist with camps, combines, clinics, competitions, and events
• maintain a clean, organized training environment.
