What you'll do

• Oversee service and food and beverage standards across front- and back-of-house
• ensure opening and closing duties are completed
• maintain vendor, employee, and guest relationships
• assist with inventory and cost analysis, events and promotions, and menu pairings
• balance cash drawers and complete checkout reports
• address guest complaints and staffing issues
• lead pre-shift briefings, assign server sections, support staff, train front-of-house employees, manage labor, enforce policies, attend weekly manager meetings, and assist with hiring.
