Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite in Gainesville, FL, with compensation of $18–$23 per hour. The role coordinates staff, service requests, apartment make-readies, preventive maintenance, and repairs to keep the community’s physical assets safe and operational. It also supports maintenance training, supply inventory, and budget monitoring.

What you'll do

• Supervise and schedule maintenance activities and staff
• coordinate resident service requests and vacant apartment make-readies
• troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, appliances, electrical, irrigation, pool, and spa systems
• train staff on safety and skills
• inspect units and equipment
• identify hazards
• perform preventive maintenance
• order supplies and monitor the maintenance budget.
