What you'll do

• Establish and follow up on customer relationships
• develop service opportunities with new and existing clients
• respond to inquiries about coverage, eligibility, policy changes, claims, and billing
• educate clients about insurance options
• prepare quotes, present sales, and close sales
• develop networking relationships
• maintain current product knowledge and licensing.
