HVAC Technician

What you'll do

• Read building plans and schematics
• perform routine and preventive HVAC maintenance
• diagnose and repair malfunctioning systems and components
• document preventive maintenance
• maintain equipment and supply inventory
• keep current with maintenance practices
• comply with safety guidelines, state and fire codes, and OSHA
• respond to off-shift emergencies when asked by facilities leadership.
