Recreational Therapist

What you'll do

• Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• provide one-on-one recreational therapy in homes, community settings, and telehealth when appropriate
• design and facilitate evidence-based interventions
• promote community integration, independence, self-advocacy, and meaningful participation
• adapt interventions to client strengths and goals
• collaborate with caregivers and care teams
• complete timely documentation.
