What you'll do

• Maintain a safe play environment
• observe and monitor children
• communicate with parents or guardians about daily activities and behavior
• support emotional, physical, spiritual, and social development
• sanitize toys and equipment
• dress children and change diapers
• keep individual records
• teach health and personal habits
• read and lead simple creative activities
• assist with meals
• provide care for children with disabilities.
