What you'll do

• Provide bathing, hygiene, hair and nail care
• assist with ambulation, transfers, dressing, elimination, and linen changes
• support range of motion and light meal preparation
• perform patient-related light housekeeping
• report patient condition and significant changes to the assigned nurse
• follow documentation, care procedures, and conduct standards.
