What you'll do

• Monitor production schedules and identify workflow issues
• perform production tasks and verify product quality
• adjust machine parameters
• conduct routine maintenance and inspections
• train and mentor team members
• create and modify nesting programs
• operate and troubleshoot laser cutting systems
• maintain productivity, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards
• support process improvement
• use measuring tools and operate power or hand tools, forklifts, and cranes safely.
