What you'll do

• Process policy payments, including ACH, credit card, sweep, and unapplied cash
• prepare daily bank deposits and return-premium disbursements
• assist with account balancing and reconciliations
• process electronic funds transfer tasks
• prepare collection information and reports
• handle transfers, stop payments, returned checks, write-offs, and insufficient funds
• prepare accounting reports and forms
• investigate problem accounts
• and organize records.
