What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance on structures, equipment, and controls
• maintain inspection, maintenance, and repair records
• complete manual tasks and painting
• assist with electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC repairs
• follow building and OSHA safety codes
• assist other technicians and during disasters
• complete work orders and respond appropriately to code red alerts.
