What you'll do

• Lead and coach Private Client Group bankers
• set goals and monitor production against budgets
• support the group’s business plan and scorecard goals
• train bankers
• manage the Clean Up Project and portfolio-planning follow-ups
• oversee expenses and resource allocation
• support key client relationships and business development for Colombian, Peruvian, and Chilean clients
• coordinate initiatives and problem-solving across Bci Miami, CNB, Bci Securities, and Bci Peru
• identify product and service opportunities with relevant teams
• monitor performance and conduct reviews.
