Crop Protection Field Development Intern

Job overview

The Crop Protection Field Development Intern role is onsite in Leland, MS, with pay of $20–$45 per hour. The internship is estimated to run from May through August 2027 and supports Syngenta’s Product Biology Team. Syngenta develops crop protection solutions intended to support food security and sustainable agriculture. The intern gains practical exposure to crop protection product development by supporting field, greenhouse, or laboratory trials and managing a project with scientist guidance. The work also builds understanding of how field development contributes to sales, marketing, and agronomy.

• Support trial implementation, maintenance, and data capture in field, greenhouse, or laboratory settings
