Network Support Analyst

What you'll do

• Monitor and respond to network alarms
• test provider circuits
• troubleshoot carrier and partner circuits
• contact carriers and open or escalate tickets
• perform initial customer-premises equipment and hosted-station troubleshooting
• schedule onsite technician dispatches
• assist with equipment configuration and provisioning
• manage trouble tickets and outages to service-level agreements
• monitor and report on service levels
• and document practices to support continuous improvement and reduced repair time.
