The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Longmont, CO, with pay of $25–$32 per hour. Little Champs ABA is locally owned and was started and is overseen by Board Certified Behavior Analysts who support the direct therapy work of RBTs. The RBT provides interactive applied behavior analysis therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings. The role helps learners build communication, daily living, social, and other life skills, uses evidence-based techniques to teach replacement behaviors, and records session data and notes to inform BCBA decisions.

What you'll do

• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients of varying ages in home, school, and community settings
• teach communication, daily living, social-emotional, play, vocational, and other life skills
• use evidence-based techniques to teach replacement behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
• collect service data and write detailed session notes
• attend scheduled sessions
• and participate in ongoing training.
