• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals, assist in recruiting and hiring, train and develop sales team, provide feedback and coaching, enforce company policies, implement company initiatives, supervise daily store operations, manage loss prevention, communicate store needs, resolve customer issues, and complete bank deposits.
