What you'll do

• Provide clinical and operational oversight across four assisted living communities
• maintain a regular clinical caseload, primarily at Rose Villa
• visit satellite locations according to program and staffing needs
• oversee full-time, part-time, and PRN therapy staff
• build relationships with facility leadership
• attend relevant multidisciplinary and facility management meetings
• interview and hire therapy staff with Recruiting
• create team schedules and coordinate staffing
• monitor program performance, revenue, and expenses
• support patients, families, caregivers, and facility partners
• monitor documentation quality and compliance
• train, mentor, and develop clinicians
• promote consistent clinical practices and identify opportunities to strengthen utilization, outcomes, and program growth.
