The technician develops accurate Revit models and construction documents from design information and field-captured point clouds. By coordinating architectural components with structural, MEP, and survey teams and connecting field capture with the remote production team, the role helps deliver reliable models and documentation across project phases.

What you'll do

• Produce architectural drawings and models using Revit
• convert point-cloud data into design models through scan-to-BIM workflows
• collect existing-conditions field data using terrestrial laser scanners such as VLX and RTC360
• assist with scanner setup, field notes, photo documentation, and scan-completeness verification
• organize field data and point clouds
• assist with design and construction documentation
• coordinate architectural components with structural, MEP, and survey teams
• support communication between field capture and the remote production team.
