What you'll do

• Deliver live training for cohorts, onboarding, and client communication skills
• audit client calls and provide actionable feedback
• participate in live queues and handle client calls
• collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and departments to resolve concerns and move cases forward
• document interactions, feedback, coaching, and case updates
• prepare learning materials and follow-up resources
• share trends with managers and support service expectations.
