What you'll do

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, evaluate, and document human responses to actual or potential health problems.
• Collaborates with resident and family, and other inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.

Experience

Graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing. Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred. Minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility.
