What you'll do

• Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, hallways, offices, and other assigned spaces
• sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces
• replenish supplies and dispose of waste according to procedures. Use cleaning equipment, chemicals, and PPE safely
• follow infection prevention and sanitation procedures
• prepare rooms for admissions, transfers, and discharges
• respond to spills and hazards
• maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment
• respect resident privacy
• report concerns
• complete cleaning schedules and documentation
• perform deep cleaning as assigned.
