What you'll do

• Lead with professionalism and accountability.
• Maintain high standards for product quality, consistency, and cleanliness.
• Support and develop bakery team members.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
• Create and manage bakery team schedules.
• Oversee quality control for proofing, baking, and packaging.
• Partner with leadership to support operational planning and waste control.
• Partner with Logistics Manager for deliveries.
