This position supports Seattle Children's by maintaining the cleanliness and safety of floor surfaces throughout the hospital and ancillary buildings. This role is responsible for routine floor maintenance, including cleaning and burnishing, as well as project-based cleaning such as steam and deep cleaning. The technician ensures that the facility environment meets high standards of cleanliness to support patient care.

What you'll do

• Maintains hard surface and carpeted floor areas.
• Performs routine cleaning and burnishing.
• Operates floor cleaning machinery.
• Performs project cleaning activities including steam and deep cleaning.
• Follows floor cleaning schedules.
• Performs construction follow-up cleanings.
