What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• support care plans and individual needs
• assist with mobility, transfers, dressing, grooming, and bathing
• observe and report changes in condition
• document care and services
• provide emotional support and companionship
• maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• collaborate with nursing staff and community leadership
• help create meaningful resident experiences.
