Production Associate

Job overview

The Production Associate role is onsite in Gardena, CA, with an early-morning start and occasional overtime based on production needs. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour. SELECT 7 LLC prepares and processes fresh-cut vegetables for restaurants and food-service customers. The associate prepares, processes, weighs, packages, labels, and checks vegetables while following production schedules, product specifications, food-safety rules, and sanitation practices. The work supports daily production goals and delivery of quality fresh-cut products to customers.

What you'll do

• Prepare, cut, trim, wash, and package fresh vegetables
• operate or assist with food-processing and packaging equipment
• follow schedules and work instructions
• weigh, label, and organize products
• inspect quality and packaging
• maintain and sanitize work areas and equipment
• assist with receiving and storing raw materials
• communicate production or quality issues
• work toward daily production goals.
