What you'll do

• Operate facilities help desks during business hours
• create, prioritize, route, update, and monitor ARCHIBUS service requests and work orders
• coordinate communications among building stakeholders and service providers
• maintain service records, metrics, and reports
• support billing, chargebacks, issue escalation, and facilities administration
• provide surge support during emergencies, relocations, special events, or high-volume periods.
