Youth Mentor & Caregiver

The Youth Mentor & Caregiver role is an in-person, part-time position in Appleton, WI. Compensation is $17–$19 per hour. Encompass Care provides individualized support for children and youth, with a focus on safety, confidence, independence, and daily living skills. The caregiver provides one-on-one supervision and support, assists with routines and community activities, and encourages social, emotional, and developmental growth. The role works with families and care teams to maintain a respectful environment and follow individualized support plans when applicable.

Why this role
