What you'll do

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for new clients
• maintain an outpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization caseload
• collaborate on individualized treatment plans
• document services daily
• facilitate individual and group sessions
• coordinate with clinical and community partners
• apply knowledge of substance-related and mental health disorders, ICD-10 codes, and applicable standards.
