Quality Control Supervisor, Second Shift

What you'll do

• Direct and supervise plant Quality Control Department activities
• work with the manager on budgets and cost opportunities
• manage key projects
• help plants improve quality and product flow
• resolve quality problems and implement quality systems
• work with suppliers to contain and resolve component issues
• support corporate quality systems, training, audits, customer return evaluations, and corrective actions
• maintain staffing, shift coverage, and inspection capabilities
• coach associates and administer performance and wage systems
• report on projects, production support, personnel issues, and QC indicators
• enforce and escalate associate policies as appropriate.
