The Case Manager / Employment Training Advisor role is onsite in San Diego, CA, with a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. in-office schedule. What you'll do

  • Design participant plans and assign work activities, education, and training
  • assess barriers and skills
  • determine eligibility and need for supportive services
  • update plans and monitor progress
  • help participants develop vocational goals
  • record monthly progress and attendance
  • notify county human services specialists of non-compliance
  • maintain case files and program knowledge
  • connect participants with community, labor-market, and training resources
  • maintain monthly contact with placed clients
  • complete county forms
  • coordinate with employment organizations and educational programs
  • meet performance metrics
  • provide in-person, onsite case management.

An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred; a two-year degree combined with two years of sales or client-account experience may be considered instead of a four-year degree. Hybrid work may be available after six months for eligible employees in good standing.
