The Building Management Systems Controls Technician III role is field-based, with work supporting projects in Umatilla, OR and travel within the Pacific Northwest. The role supports project schedules and quality standards while building local service capability and reducing reliance on fly-in support.

What you'll do

• Install, commission, and start up PLC/SCADA Ignition and/or Tridium Niagara control systems
• diagnose hardware, software, and network issues
• perform point-to-point checkouts, calibration, and system validation
• complete documentation
• coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams
• provide post-commissioning service and troubleshooting
• set field execution standards and mentor junior technicians when applicable.
