Structural Designer I

What you'll do

• Review applicable building codes and local regulations
• create CAD drawings and calculations under engineer direction
• develop design criteria and system designs from concept through construction
• coordinate layouts and equipment locations
• review shop drawing submittals
• interpret design bases, field surveys, and code research
• respond to RFIs and submittals
• assist with equipment and fixture selection
• attend project meetings
• and conduct peer reviews when requested. Travel to job sites as needed.
