Groundskeeper

The Groundskeeper role is onsite in West Palm Beach, FL. Compensation is $18 per hour. What you'll do

• Clean exterior and common areas
• perform handyman work as needed
• maintain parking lots and greenspaces
• remove litter and property trash
• restock restroom dispensers
• complete non-routine cleaning and emergency upkeep requests
• clean clubhouse and pool areas when applicable
• assist with storm preparation when needed
• operate pressure cleaners and blowers
• report issues to a supervisor
• and follow safety protocols. Driving a golf cart and painting exterior walls are listed as applicable tasks.
