What you'll do

• Receive and process patient health information requests
• safeguard confidential records and apply privacy regulations
• prepare and assemble patient charts
• create digital images for electronic medical records
• retrieve and transmit records appropriately
• answer calls
• assist with walk-ins and administrative tasks such as faxes, mail, and data entry.
