General Manager — Restaurant

The General Manager role is onsite in Birmingham, AL. Compensation is $55,000–$65,000 per year. What you'll do

• Analyze the store’s profit and loss and plan to meet cost goals
• schedule staff
• direct and mentor employees
• oversee training and evaluations
• maintain food safety and health department standards
• prepare catering orders
• support restaurant stations as needed
• order products and supplies
• recruit, interview, and onboard employees
• follow cash-handling, alcohol-handling, food-storage, hygiene, and appearance standards
• serve guests and address their needs.
