The Maintenance Technician, Cook Valley Estates role is onsite in Grand Rapids, MI, part-time, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to noon; compensation is $19.10–$23.35 per hour. The position supports the Cook Valley Estates EVS Department in maintaining a senior living community’s grounds, facility, and equipment.

What you'll do

• Perform routine facility and equipment maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical work.
• Conduct safety checks, service heating and cooling systems, clean common areas and resident homes, and occasionally maintain grounds and parking areas.
• Provide occasional housekeeping backup, clean vacant homes or apartments, and set up or take down equipment for functions.
