Skilled Maintenance Technician — Springdale Area

Job overview

What you'll do

• Inspect and maintain residential property plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• address routine repairs including carpentry, leaks, painting, appliances, smoke detectors, and ceiling lights
• inspect properties and common areas for maintenance and safety needs
• prepare vacant units for rent
• maintain records and supply inventory
• supervise outside contractors as directed.
