Compensation is $80,000–$90,000 per year. The Bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is an onsite position based in Addison, TX. in the posting. The role exists to conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized behavior intervention plans for individuals on the autism spectrum. The BCBA collaborates with a team of therapists to ensure client progress and provides supervision to staff to maintain high standards of care.

What you'll do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS)
• create individualized behavior intervention programs
• provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists, and BCBA candidates
• develop and monitor client progress
• provide detailed progress reports
• ensure compliance with insurance expectations.
