The administrator coordinates regional construction projects and supports field teams and project leaders with project tracking, payment applications, submittals, RFIs, contract documents, correspondence, and closeout documentation to help projects proceed smoothly and meet contract requirements.

What you'll do

• Support Construction Observers, Principals, Project Managers, Construction Managers, and cross-functional teams. Track projects in project-management software
• process monthly construction payment applications
• coordinate submittals and RFIs
• oversee post-contract AIA documents
• prepare, log, distribute, and track correspondence
• review closeout submittals
• generate architect-responsibility documents
• and manage closeout revisions for contract compliance.
