What you'll do

• Safely operate the Laboratory vehicle for routine and STAT specimen pickups
• transport diagnostic X-rays, pharmacy medications, supplies, reports, and mail
• monitor the pneumatic tube system and deliver specimens to the appropriate section
• stamp outpatient requisitions and notify personnel of STAT orders
• maintain vehicle logs and perform basic inspections
• clean and maintain laboratory glassware
• prepare and label 24-hour urine containers and cytology specimen bottles
• follow safety procedures.
