What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory setting based on patients’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Coordinate care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and patient teaching.
• Support care through direct, telephone, telehealth, and electronic encounters.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
