What you'll do

• Respond to office and field inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, networks, email, file, print, and IP telephony services
• track hardware
• assist with onboarding and orientation
• log, track, and resolve tickets
• perform hardware and software upgrades
• support Windows, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, networking, and ITSM tools as described.
